For too long, I felt overworked, undervalued, underpaid, and disconnected from myself. Everything changed when I fought my way into leadership and finally got access to the rooms, conversations, and perspectives that revealed what was really happening behind the scenes.
That experience transformed how I understood work, power, and leadership.
I realized people are not struggling because they are incapable or not good enough. They are struggling because no one taught them how the system really works.
My mission is to help people see the system clearly, stop abandoning themselves for work, and reconnect with the leader they already are.
Because when people reclaim themselves, they lead differently — and I believe that is how we create a world with higher standards in power.
